Created for investors who plan to build on vacant land. Are you building a spec home? Do you own lots but don’t have the funds to go vertical? We are looking to work with builders that own their land/lots free and clear. If you have a lot or subdivision and need money to go vertical, we want to see your loan request.

Loan Overview
  •  Interest rates as low as 8.99%
  • Up to 100% of total construction costs financed
  • Up to 60% of land acquisition (case by case)
  • Fund control required

  1. Personal Financial Statements-for all 20% or more ownership
  2. List of Experiences of Flips preferrably 2 or more (first time welcome)
  3. Last yrs FEDERAL returns-business & personal
  4. Articles of Incorporation/Org.
  5. Construction budget-hard & soft costs
  6. List of Experience
  7. Land purchase contract
  8. Schedule of REO-
